4th Space Concordia University

I will be presenting my art practice at the NOSTAGAIN Network's third symposium, LOVE & LOSS, explores nostalgia as a powerful tool for understanding our shared past and envisioning new futures. Featuring 26 presentations and research-creation pieces by students, scholars, and artists, the event examines themes like home, memory, and the psychology of love and loss. Inspired by Svetlana Boym’s concept of “creative nostalgia,” this symposium invites participants to rethink nostalgia beyond Western perspectives, uncovering its presence in materials, emotions, and collective cultural narratives.

Art Matters Festival 2025
Montreal, Qc

The first in a series of large-scale reimaginings of Armenian pre-Christian goddesses, my watercolour painting Anahit Goddess of Fertility will be featured in an upcoming group exhibition at the VAV Gallery, presented as part of Concordia University's 2025 Art Matters festival. Further details about the exhibition and my contribution will be shared soon.

  • Ballads of Displacement

    October 2024

    VAV Gallery, Montreal, Qc

    A group exhibition exploring themes of dislocation, identity, and memory. Featuring works by seven artists, including three pieces by Marie Khediguian (Anchored in Time, Alexandria, Egypt, 1950s, and Bearing Witness), the show examined displacement as both isolating and transformative. Curated by Emitees Tajdari, the exhibition invited reflections on survival, heritage, and belonging. An artist talk led by India-Lynn, as part of the IUNGO Talks program, deepened the dialogue on personal and collective narratives.

  • Glue

    January 2025

    Ada X, Montreal, Qc

    Glue was the debut juried exhibition by MUD Collective, showcasing works by 14 artists, including Marie Khediguian. The show brought together diverse artistic voices in an exploration of connection and materiality. Held at Ada X, the exhibition highlighted emerging talent in a dynamic and engaging space.
